Arrival times can vary based on your location and the availability of nearby helpers, but CruZen aims to get help to you as quickly as possible, often within 30 minutes.

No, there is no membership fee. You pay only for the services you use. We do offer a Drive+ membership which includes up to 2 free roadside requests a year.  

Payments are processed securely through the CruZen app using your preferred payment method, such as credit/debit cards or digital wallets.

Yes, if a CruZen helper comes out to assist and cannot resolve the issue, you will still be charged for the service provided. For example, if you request a battery jump and it turns out that the battery cannot be jump-started, the service fee for the battery jump will still apply. This policy ensures that our helpers are compensated for their time and effort.
